Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

The stay was very pleasant both for the house, complete with everything and in a beautiful and panoramic location, and for the hospitality with which we were welcomed. They were able to advise us both on where to eat and on our requests in general.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

The Mariella farmhouse is not just a place to stay, it is an experience that makes you feel great emotions. You can feel the sincere affection. The estate is wonderful, the house is equipped in an unparalleled way, the very large outdoor space surrounds the house and there is a hammock and a hot tub. The hosts welcome you as if you were a relative of theirs, everything is super well cared for, a weekend that will be difficult to forget... you can disconnect from every problem or concern, the peace that you breathe is truly incredible. Everything is very clean, Mariella, her husband and daughter are people who are rare to meet. Thank you again.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

A beautiful peaceful spot. Our host recommended local restaurants with wonderful food and charming people. Worth the drive to the beach which is not too far.

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. We've already pledged to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended accommodation Manuela, Lorenzo and little Gaia.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Very well-equipped accommodation and consistent with the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very friendly before and throughout the stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

A great, impeccable accommodation! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned... I recommend this place, which will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometers from Rome. Thank you to Patrizia for her kindness and support.

Stefano place is simply paradise, full of nature, serenity and convenience . We had opportunity to stay with our team to enjoy and group up our business achievements. I recommend Stefano place to all families, friends and business visitors to have great time.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!
