Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Clean and fairly welcoming accommodation. Comfortable bed, quiet room, you can rest well. Host available, check in and check out in total autonomy. There are bars and bakeries nearby where you can have an excellent breakfast. In the house, we found some cookies and coffee for breakfast. Central location, convenient from the station, but beware of the distances... unfortunately, there are 2 km of straight road along a tree-lined avenue to the sea, so rent a vehicle, whether it's a scooter, bike, or car, because it's really challenging on foot.

We stayed 3 nights at the house,we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we had everything you need to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars,pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went one day to Florence and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca... A beautiful weekend extended for Easter... The self-check in was very easy and the staff was available 24/7 ... Thank you

We had a great time at this property. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool are very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. A beautiful villa with lovely and airy views towards Massarosa, Viareggio and the sea. The photos show the house well, but it's only when you get to The Gargoyles that you really sense the size of the house. Very high under the roof, good rooms and lovely pool. Not much beats standing in the outdoor shower looking out over Massarosa. The outdoor area is very nice, but there will quickly be some sand in the house and in the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Both billiards and table tennis a plus. Bathroom for all bedrooms is convenient. We were two families who were here for over a week. The house is located perfectly for seeing a lot of this area. 20 minutes to Lucca, 25 to Pisa, 12 minutes to Viareggio with good eateries and lovely beach. Forte Dei Marmi, 1.5 hours to Florence and possibility of boat or train to Cinque Terre. A great starting point to experience a lot of Tuscany or just relax in this great house. Would love to go back here!
