This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice and large and well maintained. Beach just a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Very nice apartment in Villa del Conte - what a view🤩. Beautifully high with a view of the sea and Tropea. Tropea is very easily accessible at a short distance - a car is necessary. Various beautiful seats on the grounds, all with beautiful views. The swimming pool is also in a wonderful location. The facilities are sufficient, including a place where you can enjoy BBQing. In short, a very nice apartment in a wonderful location. Recommended - yes !!

We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's accommodation exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We can highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and will be happy to come back!

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

I found myself staying at Fabio's in view of a competition, there were three of us, we felt at home. When I asked for a practical accommodation for mobility, he proposed the property in the center that I immediately accepted. In the house there is a bit of everything, at my request for coffee for the machine Fabio impeccably provided me directly with another coffee machine with pods. He also made sure we didn't miss anything. He had already warned me that the apartment was located in the center among the clubs, so we were prepared for possible noise, but it was bearable. Too bad I was there for study reasons because there are so many nice clubs below the house. If I had to go back, I would definitely choose the same apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margherita very much! Louise and Lino are great hosts, we felt very comfortable and spent a wonderful week. The house is located in a nice quiet environment, is very private and is located in a beautiful well-kept garden. The property is very spacious and very clean. The balcony offers a great view of the sea with fantastic sunsets. The possibility of parking the car in your own garage is worth its weight in gold - a perfect starting point for excursions to Tropea for an aperitif, the fishing village of Chianalea di Scilla or to Capo Vaticano with a wonderful view from the Strait of Messina to the Aeolian Islands. But we spent most of the time in Pargehlia: The beach is fantastic and the family-run beach bar offers delicious lunch dishes. Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

It was a very pleasant surprise. Nicola and his wife welcomed us as warm, thoughtful friends. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Nothing was missing... pampered and welcomed we had a wonderful holiday. In 3 minutes on foot we reached the beach to enjoy a priceless sunset on a wonderful beach in the evening. Beautiful contemporary renovated, quiet, clean and spacious apartment (small bathroom) in an old building in the old town, within walking distance and not far from the piazza, restaurants and the beaches. Free parking (Parcheggio Pitaro) about 5 min walk to the apartment, on weekends only drive via the Contrada da la Parrera, as the direct entrance was closed. Warm welcome from Rina and the communication with Giulia was very good. Small balcony with a wonderful view, we felt comfortable immediately. The furnishings are stylish, simple, and completely sufficient. In Pizzo, there was something new to discover every day and it is an ideal location for further sightseeing in Calabria. We can recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Giulia and Rina.

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was delayed, he picked us up directly at the station and carried me down the heavy suitcase to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response if I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adriano's kindness!

Warmest recommendation for Danilo's accommodation! The apartment is located in a charming village, about 15 minutes from the beaches. Especially practical: An excellent trattoria is located directly in the village and is easily accessible on foot. Danilo was always available, very flexible at check-in and greeted us personally – a very friendly and attentive host!

The lair lair is a lovely place, we had a great time immersed in a chestnut forest, in the afternoon we went to the sea that is halfanhour away. Claudia was always available, and in mid-August she invited us to lunch with her beautiful family. I recommend this place to those who want to rest easy, we brought our dogs. In short, comfortable and beautiful.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!
