Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Fiumefreddo Sicilia

We came by taxi from the airport. Antonietta waited for us in the apartment and told us about what we saw around us, gave tips on restaurants and told us about dishes you should try when you are in Aci Castello. The apartment was well equipped, but we were probably too late to use the mosquito spray. Walking distance to Aci Trezza and Catania is also not far away (by bus). After purchasing swimming shoes, we tried a small swim in the sea that lies just below the apartment. Here it must be said that we had problems both getting in and out of the sea due to large rocks that had to be forced. The apartment is well equipped and we bought food and ate breakfast "at home", also made a couple of dinners in the city to eat out. The terrace was fantastic and we sat outside all the time, except when we wanted to watch the national match between Norway and Italy (which Norway won). I highly recommend both the place and the apartment.

We were floating above the rooftops of Catania in this great apartment. Amazing view over the city, in the middle of it and therefore everywhere on foot. Great instructions from Anna, amenities exactly as described before. The roof terrace was our highlight with great plants and sun all day long. Warmest recommendation, we will be happy to come back! :)

We enjoyed staying at Paolo’s place. It felt like home with many personal touches and extra amenities. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the large hot shower. Paolo was an excellent host.

Anita’s place is so cute! We really enjoyed our stay here, and she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a nice short walk up to the town center. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Taormina!

Luca was an excellent host, communication was excellent throughout and he even provided me with tickets to the Taormina international film festival one of the nights of our stay which was a terrific bonus. he also allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. Everything was fabulous. It was very close to the parking and in the part of town that was not as busy. Caterina was very helpful with making us beach reservations and giving us recommendations for everything we needed. It was enjoyable to sit on the patio and drink a glass of wine in the evening.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The property managers, Teresa & Gabriele, were so friendly, helpful, & accommodating. They were willing & able to assist with transportation needs, local recommendations, met us upon arrival & gave a very thorough overview of the individual unit, complex, and amenities. We had questions & needs several times during our stay & each time they were very responsive! We even had an emergency where we had to get back into the condo after check out & they had a colleague meet there within minutes to retrieve a forgotten phone so we didn’t miss our train! The actual condo unit was very nice & in a great location! The views from the balcony were gorgeous, the kitchen was well-equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven & staples to assist in making breakfast. We rented beach towels & had a nice swim in the infinity-edge pool. The complex was close to the town center… great shopping, restaurants, the local market, etc. Molto Bene!

Great place to stay in Taormina - beautiful terrace with the views to Etna, the city and the sea. Great kitchen as well. For light sleepers - bring earplugs, for us it didn’t matter, but it may get noisy. Recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The house is very comfortable, and the garden is gorgeous. Our children were able to play in the garden and swimming pool. If you want to sit a little outside the tourist hustle and bustle, and yet have all the amenities at your fingertips, this is ideal. We'd love to come back.

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Pippa. The keyring accidentally broke off the keys and Manuela even let us keep it - it was a love heart - so we will have a piece of Villa Pippa in our hearts and home forever 🥹 Pepe - their dog - is so cute! We loved villa pippa, we were gifted verdura & frutta & limoncello made in their home! My husband and I loved it, we were on the road most of the time seeing family but it was the perfect home to come back to. ❤️

Spacious apartment in a serene rustic area. Small shop and pasticceria just around the corner, Etna North slope reachable in 1 hour drive. The apartment itself is somewhat of 'old style', but it has its own charm. We found everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

Feels like a small slice of typical, peaceful, Sicilian life, just by the busy tourist town of Taormina. The steps are really something (as they’re clear about in the description) but completely worth it to have the most incredible view. Also on the way down, it really takes no time at all to get straight into the middle of everything. The house itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Alessandro and Graziella are such amazing hosts and people, they are around to help with whatever you may need. Thank you both so much for having us, it was lovely to meet you!

A very nice apartment…. The entry sounds confusing before you get there but once you get there, it’s pretty straightforward and Giuseppe was always available and very flexible. There’s a lovely little back deck that’s eclectic and wonderfully private. Maybe a few hooks in the bathroom …. For the price, I would really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Catania, Sicily. It’s tucked away in a quiet little alley, which made it very peaceful, yet it’s just a short walk to the main shopping areas and all the key tourist spots in the city. The location really couldn’t be better. Our host, Elisa, was absolutely charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
