We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

Cosy double or single occupancy with private internal bathroom. Quiet and very well connected by bus and metro front door, a few minutes walk from the Basilica of St. John , the trendy district of Pigneto, and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Awesome Pizzeria front door and many other bistrot. Our offer refers to overnight accommodation only; the breakfast service was suspended after the pandemic period.

it is possible to stay in three with comfort because there is a little tiny room in front of the main bedroom with one single bed, suitable for a child/kid. the little room doesn't have the window but it's got a little door, it is just beside the bedroom so it is perfect for a little family. please watch the photos before to book. very warm in the winter and fresh in the summer.
