Welcome to our guest home on the farm with nature and the farm's life around the corner. The farm is located next to Påarp where you can get into Helsingborg by train. By car, you can take you in ten minutes either into the city of Helsingborg, a beach on Råå or to Vasatorps golf course. In this home you rent the entire ground floor of the house with access to a fully equipped fresh kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a patio with barbecue possibilities. Welcome to this cosy country shelf where you're embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies upon request. Please let us know your requests early.

In the summer months, you can enjoy something good to eat at Ålabodarnas Hamnkrog, which is right next door. A few minutes walk takes you to beautiful Maryhill Estate which offers restaurant & pool club. From the property it is also close to several golf courses & beautiful hiking trails!

Now you have the chance to relax and thrive in a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a breathtaking 180 degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona center. You will be staying in a nice newly renovated room with small kitchen and own bathroom. In the room there is a comfortable double bed as well as, if necessary access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel cot for a smaller child.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Bring the whole family to this fantastic place with plenty of space for fun. Ideal for families with children, close to playgrounds, walking trails, forests, and nature. The house is located 7 minutes by car from the beach, 5 minutes on foot from the pizzeria, 10 minutes by car from the Väla shopping center, and the city center. Close to Malmö (60 km) and Copenhagen (100 km). The price includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Excessive dirt will result in an additional charge.

Lawn and patio outside its own entrance. Parking space and free wifi. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simpler dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge zone as well as dining area and barbeque. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
