Very responsive host! This place was so peaceful. The location was perfect. It's very close to restaurants and other stores(not walkable, but only a 5 min drive). Although, it was located in an older building, the building and grounds have been well kept and the place itself was spotless. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The wrap around balcony was huge. The pool was clean and it was never crowded. This place has tons of space for a nice size family. The oceanfront location is priceless. Im hard to impress, but this place did just that. This will be my go to place whenever I need a mini vacay. Thanks Thomas!

We had a wonderful two night stay! This airbnb was exactly as described with beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated. Would love to stay again!

Great place, exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean and perfect for our short stay. Roman communicated the check in process with easy to follow directions and pictures and was very responsive. The location has several restaurants downstairs which makes it convenient. There was music playing at one location until about 9:30/10:00 but it wasn’t overly loud and they stopped early enough. (I’m assuming this is only a weekend thing). This might not bother most people but I just want to mention it in case anyone needs to go to bed early. We went to bed around 9:30 and with a white noise machine on, I was still able to fall asleep quickly. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and my son has already asked if we can go back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location. Park and walk just about everywhere. Host was responsive. On-site laundry was clean. Property was undergoing renovations during our stay, which started early in the AM but noise level didn't disturb much. We took it as our cue to head to the beach!

This Airbnb was great! From the amazing views to the sounds of waves crashing! The host was always responsive and helpful with questions. The room itself was clean and came with several amenities for use. The best part of this Airbnb was how close it is to the beach! It was fun to people-watch and see dolphins in the mornings. The only downside to this stay was the damage from the hurricane is still present but if you can get over that it’s a perfect place to stay! Would recommend! And would stay again!

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

Everything was wonderful! And Richard was very accommodating, even proactive on checking in with us to make sure we were good. It was so nice to be so close to the beach, if you needed to grab something at the house it was right there!

We had an amazing stay at Melinda’s oceanfront property! From the moment we arrived, Melinda greeted us warmly and gave us a helpful tour of the space. The home was beautifully furnished, and the balcony offered breathtaking ocean views—perfect for morning coffee and sunrise watching. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay. Every clean and beautiful unit. In a great and safe location. European Village was so cute and lively. We stayed for a weekend and music only lasted till 10-10:30pm so noise was not a problem. We would definitely book again the next time we are in Palm Coast!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Karen’s place! It was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the ocean views everyday. It was a great location and quiet stay. I will be back for certain.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rayer’s place for the weekend and it was a 10/10 experience for the both of us! Her place was extremely beautiful, and talk about a view. We spent most of our time on the beach and eating at local restaurants. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for our next vacation.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

the place was nice and clean. It provided lots of things we need. Including shampoo, coffee, towels, et al. The bbq restaurant nearby is great. Easy access to beach in 20 mins

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! Keri’s condo was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of the trip. The space was spotless, quiet, and so peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also loved how many amazing restaurants were just a short walk or drive away. Keri was super responsive and provided very clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, which made everything seamless. We had such a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to booking with her again next year. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay with gorgeous views. Easy to find and to check in. Watched a wedding ceremony on the beach, multiple cars get stuck lol, picturesque sunrises, an incredible thunderstorm encompassing the resort and then Crabby Joe's (the restaurant on the pier-walkable-great food and atmosphere!) followed by a double rainbow, and not to mention the sunset views to the west from the corner of the balcony.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This was a perfect place just for two people. Everything that you would need was right there, even if was in walking distant or driving distant, and was close to the beach. This was a great place to stay for us as we were on senior trip, it was affordable and the perfect size for us two. The hosts were very helpful and friendly whenever we were in need of help with anything and they left great instructions on where everything was or how they could help when in need. The pool was heated and the beach access was right there and not too far. Not to mention, everything was pretty private and only access was given to those who were living in the complex. They also had chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use on the beach and we didn’t have to buy new ones. Would stay here again!!
