The 1950's coastal bungalow is set on Vilano Beach's historical Street. The home has been completely remodeled, plenty of parking and is pet friendly. Surfside's pet friendly beach access/parking and North Shore Community Park is 1 block away with tennis/ pickle ball courts, playground and dog park.

Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine, a half mile from Publix .The deck wraps around half the house, pretty fantastic ocean views, sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv with Internet and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens.

Several shorebirds are seen foraging along the wet sand, where gentle waves create a shimmering effect in the sunlight. The horizon displays a soft, illuminated backdrop, enhancing the tranquil beach scene.

It has a pool/hot tub, elevator, outdoor shower, fireplace, Brilliant touchpads, sonos sound system, 3 exterior decks two of which are screened in. Equipped with high end Kitchen Aid appliances, dishwasher, 36" dual heat range, double oven/microwave, wine and beverage fridges. Heated pool and hot tub. This home doesn't disappoint.

A spacious screened-in pool area features a large blue swimming pool surrounded by patio tiles. Comfortable seating arrangements with multiple chairs and a table are visible nearby, providing a relaxed space for leisure. Natural light streams in through the screened enclosure.
