Cottage holiday rentals in Flagler Beach

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Lynne’s home was perfect in every way. Every detail was thought of and accounted for. Comfiest beds I have ever stayed in on vacation. She was an incredible host. Extremely helpful and responsive. Cannot recommend enough or rate highly enough. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Had a nice stay and grandkids loved the pool. Games to be play. Also great for large families with the multiple cottages on the property. Definitely recommend this place. Would definitely stay again. Andrew & Melody are great hosts theyresponded quick if we had any issues.

Everything about this cottage was perfect! The location had a little trail right across the street to the beach. My mom and I stayed there for Mother’s Day week and LOVED everything about it. The hot tub was perfect! And the jasmine smell so good. Tamara was amazing with recommendations and communication!

We had an enjoyable time in St. Augustine! Bryn Mawr, the beach & local restaurants are always amazing! We like riding our beach cruisers throughout the park & makes for a short ride to the beach or adult pool, the unit is very close to bigger pool which is also convenient! The unit had everything we needed & the front porch was perfectly shaded to have morning coffee! We would definitely stay there again, Stephen the owner is super accommodating!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

This home was perfect for our family of 6. 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Malacompra Beach, which was extremely peaceful and not crowded whatsoever. This home was perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. As for the home itself, it was in a quiet area/neighborhood and everything in the home was very clean and organized. Highly highly recommend!

Great St Augustine vacation! Regina & her husband are such amazing hosts!! Anything we needed or had questions, response time was very quick! House is stocked with extra touches, ie: trash bags, laundry pods, coffee, towels for the dogs, extra beach towels & more!! The description is accurate with the beach access, you can drive 2-3 min to Butler beach access which is free or walk to the pedestrian crossing & walk up the private path. Our stay was Welcomed with very informative directions!! ☺️

The location is great. Everything was very walkable. It was neat being right next to the old church. Had a hard time finding it at first because it’s tucked away into the back corner of a lot behind an abandoned building that’s being used as a “pay to park” parking lot. Some fans for upstairs would have been nice because it gets warm up there. Doesn’t have the old timey St.Augustine charm of other places I’ve stayed at so no spooky vibes. But again the location was top tier. We walked everywhere. The house fulfilled all of our needs and the YouTube music on the TV was nice. Simple, clean, convenient. Thank you!

Maribel’s cute cottage is a slice of Old Florida in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Our goal was to be near the National Forest for hiking and springs visits, but near town as we have a tendency to forget stuff and like some convenience. It’s just over a half hour to Salt Springs, one of our further destinations, and it was nice to come back to town and wind down on the front porch- the jewel of the cottage. There’s a giant oak across the street and an old cabin- bringing you back to pioneer times. I was there with my 94-yr old parents and they loved sitting on the porch. Their minor comment was there was only one comfortable chair in the living room, the futon was a bit hard. This is a great cottage for a small young family, it has those magical characteristics that children love plus a playground and skatepark a few short blocks away. There is a coffee/bagel place on the Main Street if you need a latte fix. And Maribel is sweet, responsive and kind. I hope to return someday!

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

I am a native Florida I've been to St. Augustine many times. I have to say this was my absolute favorite visit! It was wonderful having a fenced-in backyard for our dog to run around in, and it was so nice having the screened in Breezeway to enjoy the evenings free of bug bites. Details in accessing the cottage were impeccable. The location is peaceful and far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be private, but right across the street from a great Putt-Putt spot, of an extremely short drive from the Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, and downtown. Parking downtown can be a mess, but for a few $10 Uber rides this entire stay was stress-free! My husband and I packed a ton of activities into a long weekend, and still had a great full kitchen to make a few meals "at home" as well. The garage offered a range of additional activities, loved having the grill, bikes, and kayaks; Anastasia St Park is one of our favorite kayaking spots. So pleased with our stay!

Jay’s place was perfect for my husband and I. The yard was fenced which was perfect for my little dog. The place was very clean and very cozy. Great location and Jay gave great recommendations where to eat. I would love to book again.

Such a perfect little hideaway. I forgot I was in Florida! This cottage gives cabin vibes with the beautiful woodwork throughout, but it’s right across the street from the beach. The best of both worlds! I absolutely loved the greenery and landscaping surrounding the cottage! There’s a fountain outside the porch where you can hear the soothing sound of water. The birdbath attracts cardinals, chickadees and titmice (which I’ve never seen in Florida, as I am from southern part of the state) I was in awe! The view of castle otttis is spectacular from the deck off the bedroom. This place was with every penny and we’ll definitely be back!!

Such a great place to stay in St Augustine! Great area that is walking distance to most attractions in downtown and with a great coffee shop across the street. The house itself was super clean and had everything we needed for our toddler and infant. Vilma has super thorough with her instructions and quick to respond which made things very easy for us. Would highly recommend this house to others, and would stay here again whenever we come back.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

-Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. -Loved the Florida decor. -The canal view was very peaceful. -Really enjoyed watching all the birds on the feeder. -The white lights around porch and on the palms were beautiful and relaxing. -Very informative book of local sights and restaurants. -Home stocked with everything you need, including a great pod selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -Snack basket was a wonderful touch, including everything to make s’mores. -Michele and Kelly were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages. -I loved staying there so much, I didn’t want to leave.

Stayed for almost 2 weeks. Great location-walking distance to the beach. The fenced backyard was nice to sit in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

My husband, 3 kids, & 2 dogs spent a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Mellon Cottage. It was the perfect kick off to our Summer. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast in on Sunday. The chandelier & claw footed tub were lovely & fit the cottage built in 1924 perfectly. The outdoor shower & pull out couch increased everyone's comfort. The host was responsive without being intrusive. The screened in porch was a favorite with the whole family including our 4 footed members.

This was mine and my husband’s first time staying in Florida and hands down loved this little home. Missy was amazing. The house was so cute! Was nice and quiet and wasn’t too bad of a drive from the places we wanted to visit.

Veronica‘s place went beyond our expectations. It was super clean,, thoughtfully stocked, and gave us the opportunity to focus on fun and visiting a great location. Anyone looking for the ideal cottage by the sea would have a hard time finding a better place. If our plans bring us back to Ormond Beach, this will be the first location we check.
