Great place overall that suited our family well. Terrific location that allowed us to walk to everything downtown, as well as nearby parks. Beds were comfortable, nice patio space, really cool old stove in the kitchen. TV worked easily, house was clean and entry procedures were clearly communicated. Overall this was a good fit for our family, which included two young toddlers. Two notes: we covered the somewhat creepy artwork in the living room that showed a young boy crying and bleeding on the sidewalk since it brought our youngest daughter to tears. Also, be aware that there are others on the property who take their trash to the garbage cans that are located right by the the window next to the tv.

We loved our stay! Such a peaceful retreat from the city. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was really special. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants access to Flag without staying in the heart of it. Super easy to get around, with trails 10 min from the property.

The Mad Hatter house was fun and greatly located with fabulous amenities. Jen provided a coffee bar, sweet treats, and always was quick to respond to anything we needed. The outdoor hot tub was great for a soak during the chilly mountain evenings. The patio provided ample seating for outdoor meals . If you’re a golfer, this house is very close to a couple of nice courses. It’s also across the street from a trailhead if you enjoy hiking. We look forward to planning a stay here again.

More than we expected. Very clean and lots of added amenities like throw blankets in the living room, extra pillows/ blanket in the bed room. And kitchen was great. Even extra touches like treats/water/food bowl/toys for our dog. Amazing place. Would rent again.

Josh was a phenomenal host. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed to a spotless, cozy home with everything you could possibly need to settle in comfortably. The location is gorgeous, sweeping views of the San Francisco mountains visible from the back of the home and back yard. Conveniently located to the center of town to enjoy Flagstaff. The host was so warm and friendly from the moment we booked the stay to our check out. My husband and I had a spectacular experience and would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, in an amazing location, and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. While there were a couple of minor cleaning items missing, everything else more than made up for it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dan's place. Close to NAU. Great if your kids are at different summer camps.

Beautiful place to stay everything we expected and more nice house, layout and beautiful background!! We will definitely stay here again when in Sedona it’s a quick five minute drive to everything around home.

Katherin's home was beautiful! The place was spacious with plenty to do for all ages. Katherin was also incredibly helpful and responsive.

The place exceeded expectations and Chris was available if we needed anything. Because of his attention to detail we wanted for nothing. We will be back.

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

Our stay was amazing, and so peaceful! Thank you to Mitchell and Jared for everything! The house was everything we wanted and more. My 2 daughters loved being able to jump in the pool after a few hot days of hiking! Would recommend this location and home to anyone!!

The place is amazing! The kitchen is fully furnished and the game room was nice and stocked with board games and books. The rooms are great with king-size beds, everything was very clean and felt very homey to be there.

We had a great stay at Wendy and Alan’s condo! It was a great location, beautiful views and very clean! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 us! I would highly recommend their condo 😊

Loved how the dog Rooster made us feel tight at home. Hot tub felt great after long hikes. Clean, cozy private place to stay, perfect for us.

I have stayed at this property in the past and I will be back. I travel with a service dog and he is as welcomed as well as any person would be. Joe and Leslie are amazing people. They are normal, hard working, and super nice. The property is beautiful and quiet. We love it.

Perfect little cabin in Arizona! A short drive to the Grand Canyon, Williams, and other fun scenery and places to visit! It was a great place to come back to at the end of a long day exploring Arizona. Easy to find, clear instructions, and private. Lots of details in the cabin and everything we needed. Wow, one of our favorite AirBnB experiences ever! The house is beautiful and so comfortable with gorgeous views of the red rocks from the lovely back patio area. The house is uncluttered but still had everything we could possibly need including a well-stocked kitchen. The surroundings were completely peaceful and in a perfectly location for walking to shops or driving a few minutes to a good hiking spot. Julie was incredibly responsive from the start and through our visit. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Lovely little cottage. Cute. Located near the heart of old town. Close to groceries and restaurants. Easy access to Fort Valley Road (Hwy 180) for trips out of town. Very comfortable and clean.

What a beautiful place. Ron and Lindy were very nice and welcoming we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. We recommend this place for anybody who enjoys peacefulness and nature.

This was our second time staying at the cabin. It was just as perfect as the first time. The cabin is beautiful and peaceful. My dog loved being able to run around in the yard and escape the heat of Phoenix. Close enough to Flagstaff and Williams but the perfect place to relax. Hoping to stay again next summer.

We basically just needed a place to sleep for the night for our trip to Flagstaff so we didn’t stay long. The beds were super comfy. The area was nice. We loved the quiet and peace of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
