The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie abhängig vom Verkehr die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

The bright, modern furnished apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly built press house. The 70 m² apartment is suitable for both single travelers and families (max. 5 people). In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine from our vineyard.

On just 37 square meters you will find a fully equipped house with fireplace, sleeping gallery, kitchen and terrace. Ideal for couples or families with up to two children. The sofa is extendable and offers a lying surface of 115 x 190 cm.
