Cozy little house in the middle of Hollender town. Here you have the whole house to yourself, with a nice backyard and evening sun. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. Living room and kitchen on the first floor, access to the backyard from the kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. The beds can't be shared. The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. There is no parking by the house. A parking permit in the nearby area can be purchased. Smart TV in the living room. Guests must use their own login for streaming services.

The apartment has uneven floors, and history is thick here. The apartment does not have a fully equipped kitchen. But you can keep the champagne on ice and boil eggs for breakfast. A perfect starting point for enjoying city life, walking on the beach, or going on excursions. The bathroom is brand new.

To the National Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 min to drive by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away-perfect for family excursions. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.
