The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! I can’t say enough about Kay’s cabins! I arrived a little early and was able to get a sneak peak of all of them. They are all extremely unique and adorable. Perfect if you want the tiny house experience but still have high standards when it comes to accommodations. This place is so much better than a hotel! It’s a true gem! Part of me wants to tell everyone to come and stay here and part of me wants to keep it a secret so it’s available whenever I want to come back. Kay is also a doll! So sweet and accommodating!!! I will 100% be back!!!

I was in need a a getaway for a month mid-winter, Central New York. I was so glad that walk ways and parking areas were cleared daily of ice an snow. There was a nature trail directly across the street that provided a pristine winter walkway. The home was set in a private, quiet neighborhood with groceries and fine restaurants very close by. Bailey, the caretaker, did just that...took care of whatever I needed. The home was beautiful, minimal decor with a calm peaceful feel. The kitchen was fully equipped for my month long stay. I will treasure the memory of this month away.

Great place to stay and fish Cayuga and surrounding waters. Decent boat parking and a place to charge. Very remote and private. 10 minutes to the boat ramp. Had a great time and stay. Driveway did have some potholes but they fixed them during our stay.
