Ingrid was very responsive and easy to communicate with anytime we had questions. The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. It was easy walk to train station and in the heart of many bakeries, restaurants and stores. A perfect choice for a stay in Caen.

You are provided with some great tips about what you can do during your stay, both within the city and Normandy. We had a great stay, location excellent close to Castle, restaurants and shops. Great boulangerie very close by, with a number of convenience stores nearby. Apartment spacious, very well designed with the great 2nd bedroom which our son really enjoyed. Had the wow factor when we all went into the apartment.

The apartment is very cozy and pleasant with a view of the rooftops of Caen on one side and the river on the other and in a non-noisy street which was very pleasant. Everything went perfectly and very simply for the collection and delivery of the keys. Finally, Denis turned out to be very friendly and available from the beginning to the end of the stay. We had a wonderful stay in La Suite des Sables. The accommodation is beautifully and conveniently furnished, all necessities are present. The beamer provides a very luxurious and comfortable cinema experience, this is a nice addition to the stay. The apartment overlooks the beautiful architecture of Houlgate. With good weather, you only have to cross the street to walk to the beach, and the apartment stays pleasantly cool at high temperatures. This stay is highly recommended!

The listing is as advertised. The apartment is quiet. Valérie provided us with very clear information to find the apartment, ideally located between the city center and the Caen memorial. We had a pleasant stay in Caen with 3 children from 9 to 15 years old.

Sebastien is a great host who went out of his way to help, providing clear instructions for arrival and was available during our stay. Great location and amazing view of the city.

Hélène is a very nice host. His tips on nearby restaurants turned out to be very smart. The apartment is nice, well located and the hot tub much appreciated, especially by our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend.

Very kind and welcoming host, the Airbnb was great, very beautiful and clean. I just found it expensive compared to the time of access to the Airbnb and the time when we have to leave. The schedules were well notified but I had not paid attention at the beginning otherwise I don't think we would have booked this one, we still had a very good time and did not regret our stay. 😊
