Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof sind es 650 m, 950 m bis zum See und 5,4 km bis zum nächsten Skilift (Luftseilbahn Unterterzen-Flumserberg).

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

The modern 4.5-room apartment in the Walensee Resort with 100 square meters and 2 spacious balconies is located directly on Lake Walensee and is only 300 meters from the Flumserberg ski lift. The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a workstation for home office (monitor with USB-C & HDMI connections and cable/keyboard/mouse), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower, 1 guest toilet, and a cozily furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace and an open kitchen.

The indoor pool is closed due to renovation from March to December 26. Our beautiful 2-room apartment in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laax can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 people. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.

From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided.
