Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The apartment (30m2) is part of a detached house, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with a washbasin and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.
