The house is surrounded by untouched nature and lovingly furnished in the Scandinavian style. From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Zschopautal. Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirgsbahn takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

Wanderungen zu den nahengelegenen Schlössern ermöglicht. Die Terrasse und der romantische Garten laden zum frühstücken, grillen und chillen ein. Zum Unterstellen von EBikes o.ä. steht nach Absprache die Garage zur Verfügung.

Dann geht Ihr wandern, oder setzt Euch auf die Terrasse und macht ein Lagerfeuer. Nach einer Führung über das Gelände unserer Gemeinschaft auf Schloss Gersdorf werden wir Euch inspiriert in Euren Sitzsack sinken und weiter über den Sinn des Lebens grübeln lassen! The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.
