Elizabeth's place is very well cared for, and the fact that several items that make up the house are new should be highlighted, having been recently changed, namely: stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, split air conditioners. But the difference is really the attention given by Elizabeth herself, who resides in the same condominium, two houses away, and in addition to making herself available through phone and WhatsApp, during the entire time of our stay she was available to assist us and answer our questions.

We wanted a nice and quiet weekend, and that's exactly what we found. The place is gorgeous, and is thought to the smallest detail. Who is a lover of the details like me, will surely appreciate it! Mrs Vani received us very kindly and warmly, gave us the proper instructions, made us feel “at home”. Breakfast is a delight. Not counting on the dishes used (for those who love) is a precious thing. We were delighted with the place, with the tranquility, with the comfort, with the reception, everything was perfect! Only compliments and thanks. We look forward to returning soon! In fact, an addendum, I have already sent to some friends both for the question of stay and for the issue of photos, it is a very nice place and suitable for summer photo campaigns.

Estadia very good! The property is 100 meters from the beach, with a supermarket and bakery below. Excellent position! Recommend!

I found my place in Florianopolis! The inn is located in a quiet place, close to the beach and the commerce. The breakfast was perfect and the girls catered to me very kindly, including serving the coffee the next day the night before - since the other day I would leave very early. I recommend it too much and I will come back, for sure!

Great structure, surrounded by amazing nature. We were in the family, with a child, and there is super cool Kids space that the kids have a lot of fun and a jacuzzi with a wonderful view that we were able to enjoy even in July. The bed is super comfortable, and the shower also provides a great bath. Oh! The part that saved us on this mini vacation was being able to bring our little dog. Cristiano and Candida are great hosts, solicitous and responsive in their returns. We highly recommend Paraíso do Luz.

Well spacious apt has accommodated 8 adults and 3 children very well. it is close to the beach of various markets, pharmacy, restaurant all within a walking block, various kitchen utensils, to make food in the house. We had a mishap at check in, as we arrived at the agreed time and were still cleaning, they could have warned. The suite shower only leaves water with all taps open and the pool was dirty, the more we cleaned with the sieve. A lot of air conditioning dust and fans. Other than that very cozy place, to have a little barbecue at night and enjoy the pool and those who want to sleep stay in the bedrooms downstairs.

Super comfortable apartment, clean, tidy and with full furniture. New kitchen items (dishes, glasses, cutlery, appliances, etc.) we only miss dishcloths. Great location, very close to shops and local beach. Internet is not good, weak signal. Hosts have welcomed us and promptly responded to what we had questions about. We had an issue with a bathroom lamp, which was not resolved, but it was nothing that disrupted our stay.

We live a beautiful day. The place is Beautiful, very quiet. Sofia is very friendly and was always attentive questions and solutions. The house was as described , very clean and the facilities are simple but very nice. Much better than we expected. We recommend it 100% , and I hope we can go back.

Ja knew Il Campanario as host of the hotel, the accommodation by AirBnb is much more in mind, with the same advantages as the hotel.

Great location for those who want to get to know beaches from the south and north of the island and have peace and quiet at the end of the afternoon on the way back to rest. I advise not to go in high season, we were now in January and because it is in the center, there is a lot of traffic almost all the time. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean, comfortable bed with sheet, dining table with 1 high stool, closet with two doors, bedside table with drawer and lock, minibar (small, but fit some bottles of water, 1 bottle of wine and some soda cans), private bathroom with bath towels, face, soap and shampoo; balcony with two chairs. There was no dryer and the outlets are all 220v. Fábio is an amazing person, he welcomed us very well, he delivered the room key and control to open the parking area gate when we wanted to go out and in, gave us several tips for tours and best places on the island, a great host.
