Condo holiday rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Great stay, perfect apartment, foot in the sand, as in the description, everything very clean and organized, complete kitchen with barbecue, wonderful shower, very beautiful outdoor area, complete gym, very polite staff. Anyway is perfect for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

I stayed for 1 week and everything was amazing. Amanda is a sweetheart, responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is super cared for, clean and practical. With a hairdryer, beach chairs and sunshine and everyday utensils. I felt at home and I will definitely be back.

Cristina always responded quickly and kindly, the doormen are super friendly and the location is great, right in the heart of Floripa.

The stay was quiet. We very much liked the structure of the place, and any problems were resolved quickly by Mrs. Analu. The apartment is comfortable and well distributed, everything we needed was within reach. Welcome to the cupcake and the organization are to be congratulated!

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Your location is exactly like in the photos, a large apartment, very well located and with everything you need to feel at home, is an excellent option for a large family. This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much!
