We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The house is in a quieter area of Palermo, but very close to all the restaurants. We were greeted by Inês, who kindly showed us the house. The house is faithful to the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a couple and children! The heating made the house very warm for the cold days. We felt at home and we would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our week at this apartment. The neighborhood has plenty to offer in terms of cafes and sites. The area is clean and safe. Eugenia was very quick to respond and flexible with check in time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook but it appears there is all one might need if they wish to cook. I enjoyed the balcony and tree views and only wish we had more time, and a bit more warmth, to enjoy it. Nights were cool outside and there is a small heater on the main level that keep the apartment fairly comfortable. I'm not sure how it would do in coldest season, however. The only negative were thin walls and noisy neighbors who seemed to live a nocturnal lifestyle, including one loud party well into the early morning. This is nothing Eugenia can control, but be aware, or bring ear plugs.

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Lovely restored old building. Great concierge and Host. Very quiet. Slept well. Good area and very walkable to lively selection of places to eat and drink. Try and book Secret Tango Society, local and great.

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. Nicolás was always attentive in his messages. We'll arrange the check-in right away. He responded quickly and was very cordial. He greeted us with a few thoughtful touches. The apartment is as described and photos. It had heating, which made it very cozy (we went on cold days). Ideal to go if you have an event in River, we were very close, we went and came walking without problem. We would definitely come back again!

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Gonzalo is such a nice host, with lots of recommendations and always going above and beyond making sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks again for everything.
