Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We spent a night in the middle of June. Despite the cold, there is an air conditioner that also heats and in the bedroom there is a small radiator but it is not very powerful. We slept well at night because the duvets are very thick and we had a good night. Remember to take earplugs because there is the noise of the air conditioning and the boats pass early. The cabin is very nice, I highly recommend it. In addition, we were able to quickly communicate with the owner, who also allowed us to stay until noon on the day of our departure.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Entering the property is very easy and the apartment was impeccable, as shown in the photos. It even had a station with coffee, tea and water available for when you arrive tired. Cozy place and exactly as the photos. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking to be close to good restaurants, bars and subway to get to know the city of Buenos Aires.
