Located on the first floor of a historic building, it is spread over two levels: on the first living area (with sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom and on the second level the bedroom. The sea view of the port of Ortigia and the Spanish Gate is spectacular. Excellent wifi. Central and prestigious location, facing the seafront. Possibility of private parking and transfers to/from the airport. If you come by car I will provide you with a permit to access the restricted traffic zone for the entire stay

Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony.
