Apartment holiday rentals in Floridia

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We spent ten days at La Casa del Fotografo and loved it. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We liked staying in Borgata Santa Lucia – it’s a short walk from Ortigia and all the sights of Siracusa. We immediately felt at home there, and Marco and his team made sure we had plenty of recommendations of places to see, things to do and restaurants to try. They were always available to answer our questions. We really loved the rooftop terrace – we ate breakfast and dinner there often. The apartment is spacious, spotless and very comfortable. It was a great place to have an stress-free vacation.

I’ve stayed in Ortigia before - this apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated! Easy 2nd floor walk up. Fantastic location! I stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly responsive — quick to answer any questions and always just a message away with helpful tips and recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares about their guests’ comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Simonetta delivered everything she promised and more. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean quiet and spacious. We like to cook as well as trying restaurants. Everything we needed was there. On arrival we immediately knew we’d made a great choice. A nice touch were “disposable “ slippers and quality towelling robes. Going out was a great experience, the market was practically next door selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, herbs etc. We will come again!

We loved our stay in Ortigia. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. We found it difficult to find the apartment when we arrived though as the door was obscured by the market tables and tents and the lockbox didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to contact Aurore who assisted. Otherwise a great stay. Recommended.

Lovely old building and a great location

This was the best flat we stayed at during our road trip around Sicily! The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from several brilliant bars (Boats) and restaurants (Davé) in Ortigia. The flat was immaculate, brilliantly decorated and had a very large and comfy bed. Would 100% recommend!

Incredibly beautiful view, you barely will want to leave the apartment! It's located very close to both cafes and restaurants and easily accessible. We had a lovely stay here!

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. In Noto, there are many great places to eat and shop. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

Great stay, so close to ortigia. Great hosts.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

Such a beautiful gem of an apartment! I would fully recommend staying here! We stayed for three nights after we’d just got married in Sicily. The apartment is beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures - the roof terrace is a real bonus! It’s absolutely stunning & a great place to laze under the sun, relaxing in the day or to have an alfresco dinner in the evening. It also overlooks ruins which is super interesting. The location of the apartment is also great - a 2-3 minute walk from the lively fish market & a variety of great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location provided a perfect base from which to explore Ortigia.

We loved this apartment in Ortigia! Perfect location right by a cute square with lots of restaurants/shopping and the whole island is walkable. The apartment is very modern, spacious, clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

A very pretty house right in front of the beautiful beach. Very comfortable and friendly host If I go to Syracuse again, I definitely want to stop by again!

Tiziana was a great host. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and had comfortable furnishings. The apartment is very close to all the local attractions and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend the unit.

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Great location Comfortable space

The apartment is bright, modern and very well furnished. The landlord was super nice and helpful. The center is within walking distance. Perfect starting point in all directions. The bus stop/bus station is right at the house and can be heard from the terrace. Basically, Sicily has a massive problem with garbage disposal, which is unfortunately clearly visible in some neighborhoods.

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.
