Beautiful 1 room apartment on the 1st floor with kitchen and bathroom. Bright and cozy with a view of the courtyard garden and street. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz in the middle and 15 minutes and to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, as Easyjet now also lands and starts in Tegel:-)

The Gewerbehof Lehrter Straße, corner of Kruppstraße is centrally located, in the middle of Berlin near the main train station directly at Fritz-Schloss-Park with sports fields and a wellness oasis. The spacious loft on the second floor is very quiet, facing away from the street overlooking the countryside and has a balcony. All around live and work likeable people who deal with art, architecture, design or crafts.

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.
