You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.
