Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

This renovated vacation home is stylishly decorated and equipped with the latest equipment. It is a bright house, located directly at the foot of the dunes just a few meters from the beach. The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

The Lodge is located in the garden of the Houtenhandsche hof in the quiet countryside between Koudekerke and Dishoek on the island of Walcheren, at the end of a dead end road with unobstructed views over the farmland. The apartment is located on the Boulevard de Ruijter, near the statue of Michiel de Ruijter and the Arsenal and a beautiful view of the Westerschelde. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. The city-center with all (nightlife) facilities is at the backside. Public transport is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for couples and business travelers.
