De cottage is voorzien van een fijne keuken, vloerverwarming, sfeer-gaskachel, badkamer met bubbelbad en een aparte wc (beneden). De slaapruimte is boven met een tweepersoonsbed. Het verblijf is gelegen aan de rand van Middelburg grenzend aan een natuurgebied. Het centrum ligt op 2,3 km van de locatie en 10 Km van de stranden. Het is heerlijk om hier even tot rust te komen en te ontspannen.
