Very attentive at all times. For the 6 adults that we were, it was a little small, but we managed well. For a family with 2 or 3 children, it's perfect. Alex is as kind as all the people of Ceuta, awesome.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better. I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Marwan's place was beautiful, restaurants, beach, everything is walking distance, super clean, easy to access. Stunning views of Cabo Negro and the surrounding area. Marwan is a great host!!

This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!
