Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Foça

The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.

A gem away from the coast. The view will take your breath away. It's very quiet and Ayşe is a very nice hostess. The guest area is very well separated, so it absolutely feels like a separate accommodation. We hope to be back in the area in the future and to be able to visit again. Thank you Ayşe!

We had Christmas in a great stone house in the center of Foça. There's everything you need in a home. Very well thought out. It was quite cold because it was the end of December and it warms up late as it is a stone house. But we had no trouble at all because Ms. Nilüfer heard that the air was very cold and bought a heater for us. Very helpful host who tries to find a solution to everything. I definitely recommend it, we will stop by again to enjoy more of the summer. Thank you so much Ms. Nilüfer ❤️

The house was quite clean, directly usable and immaculately clean in nature. It's a great choice to spend time in calm nature and with family and friends. The host was in contact at any time and provided all kinds of support and responded within minutes.

A place as seen in the photos. I can't comment on the neighborhood because we stayed for a very short time, but the nearby beaches are quite sufficient. Ardıç beach is a preferable pleasant beach with sea and sand. The right accommodation location to explore Karaburun. The use of hot and cold water in the shower was a little difficult for us. At the entrance, Mr. Serkan's mother informed us, we followed her, but we still had problems. I think Mr. Serkan's parents live upstairs. Very sweet people. They welcomed us very warmly. Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

A villa where you can enjoy with your family and friends. There's everything you need in the house. It's very clean and new inside. It has a very large garden. It has a very beautiful garden with its landscape and pool. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away by car for shopping. It's very close to the seal. It takes about 7 minutes by car. I would like to thank Mr. Erim for his wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

The photos are almost inadequate to describe the beauty of the house. Much nicer, you can choose to stay in this house even just for the view of the kitchen. There are multiple terraces. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom area downstairs. Mr. Zafer was there at our check-in time and the house was carefully prepared for us. It was cleaned and water was placed in the closet. (You can check if the fridge is plugged in.) You can benefit from amenities such as washing machine, iron. The area that can park two or three cars is inside the garden. The house offers a sunset view. It provides more privacy as it is at the end of a street on the hill. Despite this, it is 5, 10 minutes walk to incirlikoy beach, very close. For the grocery store, you need to go to the pier or bazaar, not very close. There are restaurants in the pier area within walking distance.

The location of the villa was a place we visited for the first time. It was a place away from the crowd, traffic and noise, and that was exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we entered through the garden gate, we were greeted by a very well-maintained garden and the pool looked very clean. We were very happy that it was incredibly beautifully decorated as soon as we took our first step into the house. Each room was like a separate world, and we liked the colors used. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and the cleanliness was well above the average we expected. Since we did not know the area, we asked Mr. Kerem for suggestions and he was very helpful in terms of places to visit. Even when we open the refrigerator, it is such a nice thought that there are cold waters prepared in advance that I cannot tell how it met our needs. If I come to Izmir again, I would gladly stay in this house again, thank you for everything.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

We were very pleased, the house was clean, tidy, the pool was clean, the garden was tidy, our host Mr. Isa had thought of everything to make us comfortable. He gave us recommendations for beach restaurants to go to. In addition to being a good host, Mr. Isa is a very good and understanding person. We had a minor accident and our car was left in the service. We rented another car to return to Istanbul. When Mr. Isa learned this, he told us that we could stay at his house until we received our car, which was very precious to us. If I go to Foça again, I will stay there again.

Ms. Ece was a very caring hostess. A lot of details you may need at home have been considered. The bay right in front of the house was even better than the photos. It's a great choice for a peaceful and calm holiday. We can't wait to come back.
