On a natural plot in a quiet area, this newly built summerhouse from 2022 is located with a great view of the Wadden Sea. There is a modern kitchen in open connection with a dining area and living room. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV and exit to the terrace, which is all around the house. The house has a bathroom with shower and a bath with toilet and sink, one with direct access to the outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are three good bedrooms. At the entrance area there is a pool table and play corner for the little ones.

There are less than 200 meters to bathing beaches, playgrounds and other activities of holiday centers, including outdoor swimming pool, to which you as a tenant of course have free access. Fantastic norderdiekhuus - entire house

norderdiekhuus - consisting of two apartments - is within walking distance of the beach and has just been fundamentally renovated. The light-filled apartments have been furnished with minimalist and high quality furnishings and you can enjoy a wide view over the meadows. With three cozy bedrooms each, two bathrooms and one guest toilet, one Danish design kitchen and modern fireplace offer a wonderful retreat. From the house you walk in about 10 minutes along the dike to the beach.

The old nave « monastery » was built as the 8th house built in Ording and used to be a parsonage, school and poor house. It's been freshly restored. The house may be nice, but the location is even better. 150 meters from the official beach entrance, the best beach section and yet quite quiet. Our vacation home is located 250 m from the North Sea beach and has 2 separate apartments, all with a great view of the dike, shutters and Wi-Fi. The attic apartment has a super-equipped, new kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom, bedroom and sleeping berth in the attic. All rooms are completely newly renovated, including new roofing, construction of a dormer, cozy furnishings and construction of a beautiful balcony, including exterior shutters for the windows.

Our Helgoland cottage WIRamMEER is an open, purist and beautiful house with tasteful furnishings. We appreciate the tranquility and the walking distance to the dike and the jump into the North Sea, (if it is there), we love the running sheep and the good air, the culinary pampering program with the seafood restaurants nearby and we relax on the terrace for a break and sunbathing and it is certainly appreciated by enjoyable people and also families.
