Petite maison de 80 m2 située à la campagne, dans un bourg de 900 habitants,desservie par l’autoroute A20 et la nationale 145. Limoges à 30min, Gueret à 25min et Châteauroux à 45min. La maison se compose d’une cuisine, un salon, d’une chambre avec 1 lit de 140 et une chambre avec 2 lits de 90. ATTENTION LES DRAPS ET LES SERVIETTES DE BAIN NE SONT PAS FOURNIS .Possibilité de louer du linge de lit et de bain ( m’avertir en amont). Terrasse couverte et animaux non acceptés,maison Non-fumeurs.

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.
