The garden by the sea
A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The little house by the sea
The accommodation is a beautiful two-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated, with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a covered terrace. The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.

L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica.
