This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

We had a wonderful time at Devy and can only recommend her agriturismo! The location is perfect – quiet and idyllic, but you can still reach many great places in the area in just about 30 minutes. The apartment is cozy, everything you need is there, and the pool was always clean and inviting. Devy is a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We have experienced many beautiful things and would love to come back!

I stayed there for 4 days with my family, a well-kept and clean house, very close to the sea and the center of the village. We had a great time, a wonderful place. The lady was precise in her directions and at our disposal when we needed her. We spent 4 fantastic and peaceful days. i recommend it to everyone.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. What makes Tenuta la Santissima truly unforgettable is not just the setting or amenities, but the heart behind it. Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities in the nearby area by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can easily recommend the accommodation. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the house's ringing (even in the middle of the night).

Amazin relaxation! Great space, gorgeous view, and they even have an electric charging station!

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

First time in Follonica but would like to go back in the future. just cannot say how nice the apartment and owner was. Thank you.

A peaceful place, quiet, clean, in nature, we didn't need anything extra in the room

I stayed in this small but very nice apartment (2 adults and a dog) and complete with every comfort with a superlative view of the sea and the village. It is located in a quiet residential area, but close to both the center and the sea by car. The walk from the house to the center of the village on foot is also very pleasant! Alessandro and Paola were very hospitable, delightful and precise in their directions! I hope to be back soon !!!

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our 2 children and they absolutely loe grounds and especially watching the farming being done. It is such a charming spot and close to plenty of towns with plenty to do!

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Perfect stay for a small Family of three. Carolina is the most welcoming host I have ever met. Excellent communication and very empathetic, since we arrived very late because our daughter had traveling sickness. The Location is beautiful, and Carolina explained everything to us. We were even allowed to use the bikes, one of them had a child seat installed. The beach is very close, you can easily walk. With a Hotel & Resort close by, you can go to the bakery every morning. We even used the Pool, Gym and Spa there once. Special thanks to Carolina, we can definitely recommend to stay with her.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
