Welcome to our 18th century villa in Sticciano, nestled between Florence and Rome, in the Tuscan Maremma! The beautiful villa has been trasformed into a wine estate hostelry, offering ten apartments for an unforgettable stay. Expect to see rolling hills, vineyards, and expansive green landscapes. A traditional Tuscan dinner is served twice a week, and our delicious breakfast is available every morning on request. Enjoy the pool or a wine experience visiting our vineyards and cellars!

Un grande giardino, in parte pavimentato a pietra, correda la proprietà dal quale si può ammirare un panorama meraviglioso della maremma toscana. Immersi nella natura si nota da una parte il mare con il golfo di Follonica, l'isola d'Elba e la Corsica, dall'altra l'isola del Giglio. E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate nella natura o raggiungere località balneari o città d'arte.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Our house, fresh from a renovation in 2024, combines the charm of history with modern comfort in 90 m2 all on one level. Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
