Holiday rentals with a patio in Follonica

Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super friendly and attentive. We really felt at home. We would return a million times, for sure!!!

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Such a wonderful, historic apartment!! We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony - simply stunning! The apartment was quiet, comfortable and pristinely clean… with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. San Gimignano is gorgeous but staying at Luca’s apartment made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of attention to detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is really unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening, and that in early June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Enjoyable stay. Close to many beautiful towns.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We stayed at Susanna's from April 23rd to 27th and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and willing to give us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat the local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with sea views. Our dogs were also able to roam freely in the garden because they were fully fenced and safely. We liked the stay in Maria's apartment very much. It is located above Pitigliano with a great terrace with a wonderful view over the whole area. Maria is a very friendly and helpful host, we can only recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Eleonora was always available and even if we did not meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

The highlight of our tour around Italy, simply stunning. The outside area is the obvious highlight; the lovely pool overlooking iconic Tuscan scenery, but the inside is also perfect (didn’t think we’d fully use the two bathrooms but we did!!!). Matteo was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us - he even led the way in his car to help us find the restaurant he’d recommended when we arrived (one of our best meals of our holiday). A truly magical stay.
