Holiday rentals with a sauna in Folly Field Beach

Place was amazing , look exactly as pictured, amenities were amazing. Host was amazing proactive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going to plan. Loved everything about this place would absolutely come again ! Place was also fully loaded with beach supplies which was a plus ! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed three weeks at Denis’ place in April 2025. Holly is the local agent and was our primary contact. Both Holly and Denis were very quick to respond to all our needs and questions which we really appreciated. The unit is in Building 1 with the main outdoor pool and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The unit is well appointed. We used the beach chairs, cart and umbrella. I even used the blender to make smoothies….a plus. We would gladly book here again.

Kaitlyn was amazing!! We will definitely be booking this place again. We had a few personal hiccups getting there and Kaitlyn was super flexible and helpful!! She provided everything we needed and then some! I have recommended this place to friends already. It was so nice to be close to the beach and Kaitlyn had absolutely thought of everything. We loved it!

We had a fantastic one night stay at Kim’s place for 3 adults and one toddler. The view from the balcony was even better than I realized - you can see the ocean and beach! Especially appreciated the availability of beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

Was an awesome stay! Charles was a great host and provided feedback on things to do.

I thought I was in my own house, the place had everything in it. you didn't need to go out and buy anything it was all there. Unit was the closest to the beach and really clean

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

Our family of six had a wonderful time staying here on our adoption celebration trip. The place was clean and the host communicated well. We loved the beautiful surroundings, enjoying our time at the beach, the pool, and riding bike to the nearby coffee shop. Lots of things to do in the area and it was very easy to get around and explore. Thanks for a great experience!

We stayed in Patrick and Vessela's beautiful apartment during our spring break. We knew we wanted a place that had an indoor pool since the outdoor pools weren't heated at the end of March. This place was PERFECT! They not only had an indoor pool but 2 outdoor pools as well. The indoor pool was a very good size and it also had a little 1 inch wake pool for the little's and also a hot tub. My kid did get a chance to swim at one of the outdoor pools which had a little restaurant attached which was perfect for an afternoon snack or dinner. Along with the pools there was a boardwalk that went right into the beach. The boardwalk is about 1/2 mile long. It was so pretty. If you don't think you or your kids could walk that far, there is a shuttle that will take you to and from the beach as well. Also on the resort there were tennis courts that we used a couple of times. The resort is centrally located to everything we went to. We had a wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to toiletries. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Coligny Beach was just a 15 to 20 minute drive away, which was super convenient for beach outings .We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Our family of six had a great stay at Sue’s place! The bunk beds allowed everyone to sleep comfortably, and the space did not feel cramped at all. As some have mentioned, the walk to the beach is long with small children, but we were able to catch the shuttle most of the time. The resort also has three pools (one indoor) which allows for flexibility. Laundry is also very close which was a plus! Would recommend!

This was the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. We were obsessed with the design and amazing amenities. We always had something to fill our time and create special memories!! We recommend this place to everyone. The location could not have been better! We were so close to the beach but it felt private enough for comfort and also so close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 100/10!!!

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

Our family loved staying here! It was our first time on Tybee. The place has great ocean views and easy access to both the ocean and the pools. The restaurant next door was very convenient but not noisy despite being right next door. The house was spotless and had everything you would need at the beach (chairs, tents, towels). The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. Cristina was very kind and responsive to all of my questions and requests (we needed a bed and high chair). She went above and beyond to leave welcoming treats throughout the house. We’ve already talked about staying here again!

We had an amazing experience with Island Head Rentals! From start to finish, their team was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication was top-notch—quick to respond, super friendly, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. If you’re planning anything on the island, definitely go with Island Head Rentals. 10/10 recommend!

This house was perfect for hosting a large group for a longer trip—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a big living room that made gathering easy. Check-in and checkout were both simple and clear.

El lugar es muy bonito y bien cuidado, muy cercano a la playa y piscina (Menos de 1 minuto). Fui con mis padres y 2 hijos, y el lugar nos recibio a todos sin problema. La casa es comoda, limpia, y suficientemente grande para un grupo de 6-7. Incluso habia un sillón que se transformaba en cama en el loft que nos daba una cama adicional. Lamentablemente cuando llegamos estaba llegando un huracan y no logramos hacer las actividades ofrecidas por Xplorie, pero los restaurantes locales nos salvaron. Nuestro unico "issue" fue que llegamos a finalmente a las 6PM y no encontraba el correo con instrucciones para abrir la puerta principal, y al llamar a la oficina ya habian cerrado y no me pude comunicar en ese momento. Finalmente encontre el correo con la contraseña de entrada, y todo fue perfecto desde ese momento. Recomiendo 100% el lugar
