The home and property are conveniently located and serene enough to feel like a true get away! Only minutes from many conveniences and very private and lovely place.

We a have stayed at several Airbnb’s and this is definitely one of our favorites…. So much so, we’ve stayed here twice. It’s beautiful and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. We had a quick stay for our nephew’s wedding and almost had to cancel. Phoebe was so kind and flexible. That’s the thing that makes the stay even better…. the people. Phoebe and her husband are kind, helpful, and think of everything! About the place itself, it’s beautifully decorated, and the bed is so comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

This was a perfect location for us visiting our family who lives nearby. The studio was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having a good KING size bed. Our dog loved running around in the yard. The neighborhood with tree lined streets was pleasant for walking our dog. We would love to stay here again when we’re in the area.

My parents are very satisfied with the room, clean and quiet.

Beautiful and spacious, very walkable yet also peaceful. This space was bright and energizing and Judy was very kind and responsive. We felt very lucky to find this space.

Staying at the guest house was a wonderful experience! We felt right at home and the backyard/pool area is breathtaking. Great communication, hospitality, neighborhood and value. I'd love to stay here again if ever back in the Sacramento area.

This air bnb was amazing! The hosts were even better. They were super sweet and thought of everything. Very helpful and communicative. We were very comfortable and cozy in the air bnb and we had a blast walking around the property’s nature trail. It was such a lovely experience and we would love to stay here again sometime. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in Loomis and had an exceptional experience. The house was clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail in cleanliness made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with the host was seamless. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making the check-in and check-out processes effortless. Their responsiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to downtown Loomis. Being so close to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Overall, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay in Loomis.

Our stay at Suz’s place was fantastic! We were visiting the area for my brother’s graduation and the location was top notch for us and for food/sightseeing. Her place is so close to Old Folsom which was great for shopping/food. It’s also really close to beautiful lake Natoma where we rented paddle boards and a kayak on one of the warmer days to try and beat the heat and explore the beautiful scenery from a different viewpoint. The Airbnb was spotless and the deck was perfect for sunsets and birdwatching. Suz was a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating host. Honestly couldn’t say enough about how wonderful our stay and experience in Folsom was thanks to Suz and her wonderful little piece of paradise. You can’t find another Airbnb in the Folsom area for the price, convenience, cleanliness, and location that Suz’s place offers. 11/10 would recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

Ivy’s cottage was perfect for our group of three (a single and a couple). Super cozy and comfy beds, perfectly spacious for us, cute little balcony, and quiet. It was walkable to areas of town (if you’re ok with a few hills) and also still on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

We stayed in Victors cabana for a few weeks. It really was a slice of paradise for my husband, my dogs and I. We’ll definitely be back around soon! Thanks so much for your hospitality Victor!

Great place for a little pool getaway! Friendly hosts, while still having our privacy. Lovely spot in peaceful neighborhood. The place worked great, we had everything we needed in a sweet colorful and fun cottage. We hope to come back!

The space was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nicole was a wonderful host: very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the smooth experience.

This is a wonderful space that’s very private. Beautiful surroundings and not far from plenty of restaurants and things to do. Sarah was an excellent host and I hope to stay here again sometime soon.

Had a great stay here. Mike was responsive and confirmed a late notice change to the reservation, which was appreciated. Nice and clean on arrival. There’s lots to do just around the house. Felt private even though it’s technically attached to the main home. Would recommend to others for sure.

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. The bowl of snacks in the kitchen was a delightful added touch. Kristine was responsive and friendly. The property was exactly as advertised and was easy to get to. The property was close to a grocery store. We also appreciated the easy, straight forward check out instructions. We would highly recommend Kristine’s place!

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

I have stayed at Jenna’s and Jon’s guesthouse several times. It is always spotless, comfortable, restful, great value —my favorite Sacramento Airbnb.

Small but clean place host was very helpful and responsive all the time easy access to freeway and close to downtown we can definitely book again when are in the area 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
