Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Folsom

Definitely recommend staying here. Will hopefully come back here soon. Me and my wife loved the place from top to bottom. Felt like a dream staying here. I would stay here again definitely. Host was very responsive and the place felt like a dream i did not want to wake up from. 5 star all the way!

Shara’s home was just as in the pictures. Nice open floor plan large relaxing back yard and amazing curb appeal as you drove up to the home.

Andrei’s place was great! The hot tub was a great touch and the beds were super comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the kids playground out back! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Ginger and her husband are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The house is so well appointed with everything that you need and more! It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s plenty of space in the yard to play games and have a great time. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope one day we might be able to return.

We loved our stay here and felt right at home the moment we walked in! The house was very spacious & had everything we needed - all the little details made it suitable to have our big family there together! We especially enjoyed the backyard area with the beautiful clean pool & patio area! We spent most of our time outside - felt like our own private cozy resort! Our host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Would highly recommend this place!

My second time staying in this wonderful home. Was looking for the perfect spot to host my children for Christmas morning and this house gave us exactly that. The host remembered our previous stay and interactions and proactively provided exactly what we were looking for, communicating well in advance for peace of mind. Cannot recommend this home enough. It is everything you hope you get when you are Airbnb’ing an entire home, from cleanliness, location, cookware, children’s activities, to being able to stretch out. If any of those things sounds appealing, you -->NEED<- to book this stay. You will not regret it.

The home was perfect for the 6 of us. The backyard is gorgeous and comfortable. The pool is a generous size. The A/C works great. We were completely comfortable and felt right at home!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

Steve is a great host, he lives onsite and was very accommodating. He responded immediately the couple times we needed something. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his home and wants to share it with others. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a home with a view, plenty of space, and a beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful spacious log home The views are gorgeous that over look the valley. Sunrise and sunset are amazing . We saw a herd of about 20 deer pass through the bottom of the property. You can also see the valley lights from the deck at night. We loved the deck for morning and evening coffee. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of skiing at Kirkwood This is a beautiful home for any gathering , spa retreat , weddings or any type of reception. The home would be easily catered with as there is ample dishes. There is plenty of parking space and a car port entry for guests arriving to the property. The master bedroom is spa quality with a deep jacuzzi tub and large dual shower. All of the amenities are top quality. Everything was in perfect condition and we were even welcomed with juice for the kids and a cold beer for the adults. A small intimate wedding over looking the valley below would be a picture perfect setting. We can’t wait to hold our next birthday here.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

Jason’s house was great! We had 12 people in our group and it was the perfect size for us all! Had a tiny issue with check in time, but Jason was very communicative and responsive with updates. Pool was great, didn’t need the heater, we used it twice and it was the perfect size for us. Pool table and foosball table were great for the kiddos and adults. Kitchen was the perfect size, very big and perfect for our eating needs, also used the grill all working wonderful. Lastly AC worked great, since we visited Sacramento in the summer it was very nice and cool inside. Will definitely stay here again!

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay over the Mother's Day weekend. The log cabin was so inviting and we liked discovering all the little decorative touches. The beds were very comfortable and the new showers were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the stream and we spent our time in the hot tub watching a fledgling robin learn to fly under the watchful eye of its mother. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. The crowning welcome was a loaf of fresh artisan bread and delicious baked treats on the kitchen counter from a local bakery. The only problem was that we had to go back to work and school and couldn't stay longer.

Robert and Dawn were wonderful hosts. We were greeted with a basket of snacks and flowers, and the cabin was pristine and fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. You don’t need to bring much with you! There are games and a hot tub downstairs along with a TV and seating with a fire table. Upstairs is another fire table on the deck where we spent our time listening to the creek and admiring our view of the trees. It was incredibly peaceful. Indoors there is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a loft upstairs with a king bed which is where we chose to sleep. It was a hot weekend and the AC worked well. The town of Sutter Creek has restaurants and stores and is only a 10-minute drive A few notes: Bring bug spray as there are lots due to the creek The ladder to the loft is not the easiest and might be difficult for those who are mobility-challenged The game area and hot tub is only accessible from the driveway and down some stone stairs We can’t wait to come back!

We rented Sharen’s place for a family weekend with 7 guests. Check in was easy. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The additional bunkhouses were great. We felt right at home. We easily cooked all meals in the stocked kitchen. The house is next to the lake and the fishing was incredible! We couldn’t believe how many fish we caught, including several good sized bass. We spent most of our time by the lake and met some very friendly neighbors. Note: bring bug spray. I would’ve stayed an extra week if I could have. Definitely deserves the title of Guest Favorite.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as stated and very peaceful. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The place was pretty nice. Good location. The fire pit and fire place were very nice. The hot tub was kind of murky but appreciated nonetheless.
