Apartment holiday rentals in Fondettes

Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good undercover parking with a secure tag operated gate. In the kitchen all of the appliances and the equipment were very new and good quality. Internet worked well. Air conditioning was useful as it was warm and bedrooms are at the top of the building. The only thing I would change is the bed was very hard. Virginie was helpful in showing us around and I felt if we had any issues we could contact her, but we didn’t need to.

The place is quiet and beautiful right in the heart of Villandry. The Chateau, river are all also at walking distance. It is perfect for two people to stay.

I was frankly surprised by how wonderful this apartment was. It is spacious and has windows on both sides, thus with the windows open, beautiful fresh air flows through. I loved to sit in that window, letting the air come through. The apartment was nicer and larger than I expected. It didn’t feel “tight.” (A rarity on Airbnb.) There is a little bit of a challenge driving up to the place. This is Europe: Roads can tight and windy and hilly and narrow. That is the price of a wonderful view. If you put on spoken instructions and follow your navigation instructions precisely, and you’ll be fine. Would absolutely stay there again. Absolutely.

Melanie and Jérémie's apartment is ideally located, in the center of Tours, 200 m from the old town and Place Plumereau. It is very functional, very clean with 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms. This accommodation has a superb terrace overlooking the city's rooftops. Melanie and Jérémie are available and ready to listen. We recommend their apartment without any reservations.

I stayed in the studio for 3 days for work. In the evening, access to the center of Tours is very easy in 15 minutes on foot along the Loire. Maybe a small espresso machine is missing to be really perfect for me. Otherwise Bruno is available and accommodating.

What a gorgeous apartment in Tours and in a great location! After a busy day of exploring, opening the windows and relaxing with a glass of wine made for the perfect late afternoon rests. The restaurants up and down the main street - just steps from the apartment - made us wishing we had more nights to stay….so many delicious options. In the apartment, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. (Having pods next to the coffee maker was amazing after a long day of traveling). The communication was outstanding! So proactive and it made the check in/check out processes go so smoothly. Excellent stay! Detailed and complete explanations for entering the accommodation independently, so easy. Very well located in the historic and lively center of Tours, this accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and pleasant to live in. Bastien is an attentive and very available host. Finally, the Napoleon parking lot (free) nearby allows you to park without difficulty (I always found a place).

This apartment is close to everything, i.e., restaurants, shopping, bakery, food store, etc. Finding parking was easy, and inexpensive. The balcony is a nice addition. Bela was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lucie was kind and hospitable! The apartment itself is centrally located and easy to find. It was clean and very spacious. It overlooks a small square with a few restaurants right below, but it was quiet and peaceful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for hosting us!

Extremely comfortable stay in a very pristine and spacious apartment elevated 3 floors up from ground level with a lift. Nice having a long balcony both sides and all the windows and doors had electronic shutters. Our hire car was also secure behind an electronic gate. We only had 3 nights here but wish we could have had a longer stay. Jérôme was the perfect host with very pleasant communication.

Lovely little haven of peace surrounded by a beautiful garden. Florence is very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to chat with her. The bathroom sink is very small, but there is also the kitchen area sink, so we can arrange it.

Pleasant stay close to the Place Plume on foot, pleasant and clean accommodation, the bedding is firm. Nothing to complain about except the TV that we couldn't get to work and given the time we didn't want to disturb Noemie, it wasn't a big deal. A property to remember

I was very well received by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has an entrance independent of that of the house. It feels like coming home. The accommodation is very clean, very well located and nothing is missing. The place is quiet and relaxing. I am really happy with my stay and I will gladly come back.
