The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Fantastic place, great for relaxing and also a good middle point for Rome, Pompeii, Naples. Pool is a great addition, and there’s plenty of room in the property. Salvatore and Mary were great, Salvatore was there to meet us on check in and give a tour of the property. They also own a lovely restaurant nearby that I would highly recommend paying a visit! Would stay again.

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Thank you for hosting us. The view is stunning and almost unbelievable that you get a panorama every morning, all day long. The terrace with table is great for meals. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fine, water pressure great. There are a lot of stairs, up and down, so lighter baggage is easier. The public bus is 2.50 € one way, and runs every 30 minutes (off season) 15 in season. The alimentari gets fresh mozzarella di buffala every day by 11:00am. It’s worth it. Try to rent a scooter and go around the island stopping at the vista points. We didn’t need a car. We ate dinner at Tramonto, at the top of a hill. Totally worth it. If you take the public bus there, ask for the staff to call you a taxi home. The local Ponza wine is great. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

I could not recommend this stat enough! The view and this island was spectacular for me to solo travel as well! I will definitely be back! Alfredo was the best host I have ever had, he was extremely accommodating, helpful and even shared a meal with his friends with me, made me feel very welcome on the island. It was an amazing stay and Alfredo did everything to help!

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

Anna and Giordano's apartment is located at the foot of the historic center of San Felice, in the heart of the Circeo. Convenient location both to reach the historic center (which is a few minutes' walk away), and to reach the main beach of San Felice (a little less than 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by car). You can easily reach any point of the Circeo by car, but, by moving a little further, you can also reach places like Sperlonga and Gaeta. The apartment has a private parking space on the other side of the street, but you can still drive to the house to unload and load your luggage. Communication with Anna and Giordano has always been very quick and effective. The apartment inside is well-kept and furnished in a nautical style; the highlight of the house is definitely the terrace with an adjacent kitchen and a spectacular view from which you can enjoy a sunrise with fantastic colors. Definitely recommended!

Silvia was a very helpful and responsive host. He gave us advice on trekking and activities to do on the island and all the directions he gave us to get to the house were clear. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, spacious and has a beautiful common terrace. Highly recommended!

The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. We had a wonderful 7 days at this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information needed to have a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to get there quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive in answering our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with a nice view of the mountains. Shops are close to 5 minutes by car or even walk there. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all the modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. You're all set and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of guests, leaving some foodstuffs to start your stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

We loved Fabiana’s place! We are a family of 5. The place fit us well. We accidentally left the key in the house and were locked out. (In our defense we were quite jet lagged.). In less than 20 minutes, someone came to let us back in. Fabiana gave us great dinner recommendations. Great stay!

Beautiful experience, within walking distance of the center of the village, in a rustic but finely renovated accommodation, with a large garden with comfortable outdoor spaces and always facing the sea, from a height that offers a priceless view.
