The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.

Just minutes from Lake Maggiore is this attic apartment with its breathtaking lake view. It is ideal for two people, but four people can also be accommodated. A car is necessary and a parking space is available. But the place with its beaches, cafes and restaurants can also be reached on foot. The apartment is approx. 100 meters above the lake.
