Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

You will be charmed by this old 55 m2 gatekeeper's house, renovated in 2025, located at the entrance to the estate. You will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, a shower room with toilet, two bedrooms upstairs, a garden with table and barbecue.
