It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. Completely refurbished apartment. Spacious and bright in a very quiet residence and area for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 queen size beds, separate toilet, shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher and high table. Parking space included with the accommodation. 20 min walk to the city center, 8 min drive to the train station, 30 min to the beach. Bonus: A regional cake and a beer are offered to welcome you.
