In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

** The space is private, you cannot host outside guests in the accommodation** Cozy and furnished apartment in a quiet setting 10 min. drive to the center of Chartres. 3 rooms: Equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, fridge, electric stove. Living room: sofa for 2 people and storage. Bedroom: double bed with storage and linen provided. Shower room: storage, towel, hairdryer etc. All you have to do is put your bags down.

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 pets are allowed for a total price of €10. We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
