One of my best B&Bs. It's nice to be greeted by the host, it's a change from a key box... Soizic is charming and provided us with a lot of useful details to optimize our stay. The accommodation is very well located, which does not prevent it from being very quiet. Very clean. I enjoyed the linen sheets that reminded me of childhood memories. A very nice stay.

excellent weekend spent with friends at Alexandra's. We felt at home there, 6 families. There is everything in his house to have a good time in peace but close to the city center on foot. The house is very beautiful and well thought out. The garden is ideal and just the right size for the city.

Nice and very functional accommodation. Easy to access and ideally located (close to shops and close to the Loire for beautiful walks). The host left us some welcome treats. They are friendly and responsive. We recommend their place.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Great place at the top of a small hill, quiet secluded with a view to the forest. It's exotic when you come from the city but with all the comforts you need. The host provides many things for quality hospitality. I would highly recommend it.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

We had a wonderful stay with our family (children 1 and 3 years old). The house is in a rural location and therefore wonderfully quiet. For the children, there was plenty to do both inside and outside: toys, games, a nice garden: really ideal for young children. There are also plenty of fun outings and places to discover in the area. Everything was clean, tidy and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the tranquility, space and child-friendliness. Recommended!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.

we booked the apartment for one night for 5 people. The place was clean and well-equipped. The instructions to get there were clear. Innocent was responsive to get the keys easily.

Very spacious and very clean apartment. Simple and effective communication with Guillaume and Paula, whom I did not have the chance to meet. The parking space was not always available, but surely due to someone who does not respect the spaces. I would this property. Christelle
