One of the best stays I have had! I love that it is kid friendly! As a solo mumma it was perfect! Such delight to find the special little touches and care that is put into the lofts. I will definitely return. Thank you Trudy for a wonderful stay.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here over the long weekend. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the local walks and winery’s too. Would recommend!

In a pretty part of the country, kids loved the swings, ball games, firepit and running around playing Spotlight after dark. Picturesque creek at the bottom fence. Property fully fenced. Not having window blackout blinds didn't concern us at all as we were up early. We loved the thick morning fog. Farmhouse has everything you need. No dishwasher. We liked the water saving hand washing sink over the toilet cistern. Laundry is in a bedroom cupboard but again no problem. Bed was extremely comfortable. Inside fire warmed the whole house cosily. Plenty of firewood. Cooked on the spit, so worth the experience...3kg boneless leg lamb from the Stroud butcher took just under 3 hours to cook. ...also did potatoes in the coals...you need to bring your own charcoal for the spit. No bugs at all. Two friendly pet cows that love white bread. I asked the 9 year old twins what they liked the best about our farmhouse stay and they said everything!

We just had the most beautiful weekend away at Wayne and Meredith’s cottage. Wayne is an incredible host. He generously shared his time, answered all our questions, and even took us on a tractor ride to explore the stunning farm and surroundings. Our 2 young kids absolutely loved it, and so did we as parents! If you visit at the beginning of winter, you might be lucky enough to find citrus on the trees and macadamia nuts to pick. The sunrises are breathtaking, and the starry night skies are truly magical. Thank you, Wayne and Meredith. Hope to be back soon!
