We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

We have an open air hot shower, outhouse and a great fire pit and outdoor kitchen which are shared with our tent platform guests. We are just 23 min from I-90 so a great respite for travelers! Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
