Family-friendly holiday rentals in Førde Municipality

We decided to go away over the new year and chose Kristine and Hans place in Norway What a great choice ! Kristine and Hans where great and very accommodating and could not do enough, they kept us informed about everything all the way We had the best holiday ever, we had everything we could wish for, the northern lights and a ton of snow We were snowed in on the last day and Kristine and Hans let us stay a extra night as we could not travel They where the perfect hosts and we will be stopping here again without any hesitation Thanks you both

What a wonderful home away from home for a long weekend! The house is part of two different worlds - one the rural Norway of the past and the other very much the present. Being on a working dairy farm also made us reflect on the sources of our food and how much we take for granted day-to-day. We enjoyed convenient access to kayaking, hiking, cruising the fjord by ferry to Geiranger, and cooking local foods in the well-appointed kitchen. Special thanks to Synnove for fresh home-baked bread and sending on our way with slices of cake for the journey.

Dom svojou polohou a vybavením je ideálnym pre dokonalú Nórsku dovolenku. My sme to využili na rybársku dovolenku a bola to výborná voľba. Lode, mólo, priestor na čistenie rýb, ich uskladnenie a hlavne vynikajúce lovné miesta dostupné skoro v každom počasí v priebehu pár minút. Majiteľ bol nápomocný, vždy rýchlo odpovedal a doporučil nám skvelé miesta pre rybolov. Navyše stále investuje do svojho zariadenie, napríklad nová vysokotlakotlaková pištoľ s horúcou vodou na čistenie vybavenia a lodí, nová jacuzzi. Tešíme sa na ďalší rok.

What a lovely stay! The farm is so peaceful. We went with friends and our 13 month old daughter who loved seeing the sheep, and running around the yard. The place was fantastic for kids (high chair, crib, toys). We had the best time walking around the property, cooking delicious food, going in the hot tub and we even took the boat out for a special trip! There’s a sauna 10 minutes down the road which was a treat. Easy 1 hour drive from Bergen. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at this cabin! Beautiful location with so stunning views all around. The cabin was clean and cozy, everything was as described. A lovely warm shower after a rainy day was perfect! Friendly and fast replies from the host Anita. Highly recommend!

A fantastic house just by the fjord, very well kept with excellent views. However you will need a car to get to the house as it is out of the city centre but it is really worth the drive to the house to chill out for a few days. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and a large veranda that overlooks the fjord. Amazing place & I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Forde. Thank you Eli for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Well equipted house, superb location – a very good experience at Arild‘s place. Owner is very easy to get in contact with, any issue is solved at the same minute :) 100% recommend for the one’s who will look at the place to rent in Førde !!!!!

A wonderful find! This was a perfect stop on our roadtrip, to rest up. Roar made it very easy for us to find it by giving us precise directions. Our host was away during our stay but made us feel completely at home. Thank you Roar! Spacious dining/living areas, brightly lit up with a lot of natural light, and with a view. A well provisioned kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy all around.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne fine hytta! Hytta var ren, koselig og hadde alt vi trengte for et avslappende opphold. Beliggenheten var nydelig – stille omgivelser, vakker natur og perfekt for å koble av fra hverdagen. Anbefales virkelig, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

This place was perfect for our needs. Group of six. Came in for one night. Able to make a great dinner the kitchen. Great nights sleep. Easy access to the via feratta. Would stay agin! Great place.

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der charmanten Blockhütte von Eldar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein Muss für alle Norwegenliebhaber.

Zeer prettig en rustig verblijf gehad in een prachtig houten huis, prima uitvalsbasis voor Flam, Jostedalsbreen en zelfs Bergen, ter plaatse kun je prima wandelen en vissen, de natuur werkt echt op je in, een groot gevoel van vrijheid overkomt je

We loved staying here! It was such a beautiful place and a great way to appreciate the fjords. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked with an impressive library. I could recommend without reservations.

Splendido soggiorno in una tipica casa norvegese, costruita dall host, con una vista stupenda del fiordo. L host è stato molto disponibile e cordiale, ci ha permesso di stare nella casa più grande allo stesso prezzo perino. casa molto accogliente e la mattina L host ci ha dato del pane fatto in casa. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e ammirare il paesaggio norvegese dopo una lunga giornata di vaiggio

Soggiorno super! Host reattivo e molto gentile. Casa comodissima rispetto al porto, spaziosa e ben attrezzata! È stato un piacere soggiornare in questa casa. Super consigliato

Dejlig bolig i fantastisk område. Vi tog ture til Utladalen, Flåm, Sogndal Skicenter, Hurrungane og Drivandefossen. Når vi ikke var på tur, nød vi udsigten over byen, fjorden og bjergene fra terrassen eller panoramavinduet i stuen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft und ein toller Host =) wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Haus, und auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, konnten wir die Zeit genießen. Steinar ist toll - immer erreichbar, kurzfristige Vorschläge je nach Wetter und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder =)

We loved staying at this charming house. The house is right on the water and placed in a small town with a little grocery store and delicious restaurant (have to try the brown cheese). We were also a drive away from many of the neighboring cities, with a lot of goat sightings on the drive in. Cannot recommend this place more!

The house was beautifully furnished, spacious enough for five people, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to allow us to cook great meals and a large dining table provided ample space for us to enjoy memorable meals together. Fantastic view of the fjord. Synnove was exceptionally responsive to our requests the entire week. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again if we return to the area.

Mon court séjour chez Marianne c’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, bien rangé et très bien équipé! Depuis la chambre il y a une très belle vue sur le fjord, et également depuis le jardin qui est très agréable. Les propriétaires vivent juste au dessus mais sont très discret et très gentils. À l’écoute du moindre besoin. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour dans ce secteur!

Väldigt trevligt hus med hemkänsla. Vi hade tillgång till allt i huset och det var toppen att allt fanns och fick nyttjas. Stort plus att sängkläder och handdukar ingick då det annars tar mycket plats i packning. Läget är helt magiskt. Utsikten slår det mesta!
