We're renting out our spacious three-story house, a fine exemple of Brussels "maison de maître" from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing and is furnished with mid-century furniture and art. The spacious walled garden (18mx7m) is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. It is next to streets showcasing striking art nouveau architecture. Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away.

Our house is a family cocoon, bright, pleasant, open to a pretty garden facing south. There are 3 bedrooms with double ddd, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. We carefully renovated this house in 2016 and then in 2024. We live there with our 2 children aged 6 and 8, but we also like to travel and discover other horizons. We welcome serious tenants who will appreciate our decor and this unique location: a village in the city. 15 minutes from the city center.
