We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Enjoy our peaceful ground-level apartment. My house is located just outside of town in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can visit Lake James or the riverside Greenway, but you will get plenty of nature right in the yard. I love feeding the birds and other critters so you will see bluejays, cardinals, squirrels, deer, and one very fat groundhog.
