A cosy 2 bedroom family apartment in the heart of the old town on the banks of the river Lech. The uniqueness of the houses in our street, is their position between the old city wall and the river. It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. The house offers an insight into how the people of Füssen have lived over the centuries. Once a Lederhosenshop now a family home.

Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

The cozy Füssen Old Town with numerous restaurants and cafes is about a 15 minutes. Lake Forggensee and the Festspielhaus are a 10-minute walk away (distance a good 500 m). Biking, hiking and cross-country trails are very close and invite you to explore nature.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

Lucky Home "Ludwig" Appartment

Like our apartment and our holiday apartment, the newly renovated holiday apartment "Ludwig" is located in the heart of the old town of Füssen in the pedestrian zone. All shops, restaurants and bars are within easy reach. The train station is 5 minutes away. The castles Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein are 4 km away and very easily accessible. The surrounding area offers endless leisure fun throughout the year.

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
